Hex Pegs – How to use

CAMPING GEAR
Hammering in pegs, and then having to pull them out of the ground can be a total pain – if you’re looking for an easier way to pitch your tent or shelter, then the range of drillable pegs from Hex Pegs will be right up your street.

These unique pegs can be removed and inserted in just a couple of seconds with an impact driver, or electric or cordless drill. The robust design features a steel threaded body, rubber grommet and stainless-steel washer with a hook attachment to secure the guy rope.

In this video, our gear guru Ben tells us all about the Hex Peg range, demonstrates how to use them, shows you a comparison of conventional heavy duty pegs vs hex pegs, which drill has the best torque to use it with, and discusses the limitations of these pegs plus more – so watch above for all the details.
