Enter for a chance to win a $250 Cabela’s Gift Card

Ice fishing season is coming to an end, the winter is breaking around many parts of the country and any outdoorsman who has been cooped up inside is undoubtedly itching to get outside and start enjoying their favorite pursuit. If you are anything like me, you begin your year making a list of all the new products you want to add to your collection and start testing before camping season or hunting season kicks off. One of the key factors to my shopping list is my budget and what I can comfortably spend on my new gear.

Through this weekend, our parent company Carbon Media is giving our readers a chance to offset their gear budget with a $250 Cabela’s Gift Card. There are no strings attached to this one, all you need to do is drop a couple of pieces of information and submit your name to be drawn as the potential winner. I’m not going to tell you how to spend your potential winnings, but if it were me, I have a particular product in mind that I would buy if I had a $250 Cabela’s gift card.

The product I’ve had my eye on is the BOG Deathgrip Shooting Tripod in Mossy Oak Original Bottomland. I already have the carbon fiber version of this tripod and absolutely love it. I used the carbon fiber model this year when I took my 8-point whitetail in Northern Michigan, and I use it frequently for predator hunting.

What I love about the Deathgrip Tripod is that I can vice my rifle into the attachment head and come off the gun without needing to remove my rifle. It makes a long sit in a ground blind much more comfortable as well.  At $199, you could get this tripod and still have some money left over!

This sweepstakes runs through the end of February so make sure to click the link below to enter for your chance to win.
