How to Prepare, Cook and Dehydrate Great Camping Food – Thai Red Curry!

CAMPING FOOD
A meal I’ve longed to take on a hike. This is made with the absolute minimum amount of fat/oil and is perfect for long-term storage.

IT IS DELICIOUS!!!

Shopping list:

Jasmine Rice
3 Red Peppers
5 Red Chillis
A whole Garlic Bulb
Scallion onions/shallots (Tesco Finest good)
Turmeric
Coriander Powder
Cumin Seeds
A dash of chilli powder
Salt and pepper
One lemon
One lime
2 small tubs of cashews (from the Tesco snack aisle)
Coconut milk powder
If you want to add chicken (It doesn’t need it) then it’s 4 chicken breasts poached then coated with desiccated coconut.

400ml Water seems about right for rehydration.
